Gianluca Lo Re

Gianluca is a Contract Manager with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Gianluca has been working abroad during its entire working life in major civil engineering projects, both construction and EPC projects. Such international experience provides him with an easier understanding and vision of the project related problems, having been working in different contexts along with diverse clients.

Because of its on-site experience, Gianluca owns an extensive knowledge in civil works, concrete works and tunnelling by TBM. Its experience ranges from Quality and Construction to Project and Contract Management aspects.

Prior to Neucom Contract Management, Gianluca worked at AGJV (Acciona SA and Ghella SpA Joint Venture) holding different international positions such as Contract Manager in Oslo. He also worked as Project Manager at CMC di Ravenna, based in Kullu, Himalaya area (India) and at Union Engineering and Innovation ApS, in Copenhagen (Denmark).

On top of the above, Gianluca also worked in Costa Rica as a Tunnel Engineer and in Barcelona, as Construction Manager.

Gianluca holds a Master´s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, completing his final thesis research at Universitat Politecnica de Cataluña (UPC).

Gianluca obtained a Master’s Degree in Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (ICCP) issued by Spanish Educational and Science Ministry. Gianluca speaks fluent Italian, Spanish, English and French.
