Gustavo has therefore a vast experience in contract and subcontract negotiation, as well as in conflict resolution within the project execution. He currently develops his capacities and skills as Contract Manager at Neucom Contract Management, taking advantage of his knowledge in construction projects.
Among his most relevant work experience, we could highlight the following aspects: • Procurement Manager of large Energy and Oil & Gas projects. • Contractor management and negotiating with subcontractors in the context of EPC and Turnkey projects. • Set project strategies to optimize the supply chain of Energy, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure projects. • Supervise contract execution and purchase orders in the context of EPC and Turnkey projects. • Analyze legal and tax effects derived from contracts of large Energy and Oil & Gas projects. • Quantum analysis • Review and advice on bidding documents. • Advice on estimating and cost structure. • Advice for the contract drafting. • Claim preparation and negotiation.
Gustavo holds a Master´s Degree in International Trade from the Universidad de la Marina Mercante in Argentina and a Degree in International Trade from the ICBC Foundation. Gustavo speaks fluent Spanish and English.
