Alongside his career, Pablo has managed several international EPC projects in different industries such as renewables, oil & gas, industry and energy. He still plays a very active Background with his clients providing Contract Management Services, supporting the Top Executives in closing and negotiation contracts, the design of the Projects´ strategy,contributing to the preparation and management of claims and even supporting arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Among his most relevant work experience, we could highlight the following aspects: • Project Management. • Management of prime contracts and subcontracts for EPC Projects. • Assessment, preparation and negotiation of change orders and claims. • Support in the resolution of disputes with clients and subcontractors. • Support in arbitration/litigation proceedings. • Complex negotiations and conflict resolution. • Risk Management both during tendering phase and during project execution phase. • Proposal Management.
Prior to Neucom Contract Management, Pablo worked at GES SIEMSA as Global Contract Manager and Technical Director; at Isolux Corsán as Operations Coordinator Major Projects and Engineering Manager and at Lurgi, as Project Engineer. Pablo holds a Degree in Mining Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a PDD from IESE. Pablo speaks fluent English, Spanish and German.
