Currently at Neucom, Sergio focuses his work on large Renewable projects as Contract Manager, in a variety of continents. His involvement starts even during the contract negotiation and ends with the project closing.
Among his most relevant work experience, we could highlight the following aspects: • Project Management of large Energy and Oil & Gas projects. • Contract Management, including main EPC contract and subcontracts. • Assessment, preparation and negotiation of claims and change orders. • Risk Management during bidding and project implementation phases. • Support in the resolution of disputes with clients and subcontractors. • Proposal and Bid Management. • Operations Director in small industry companies.
Prior to Neucom Contract Management, Sergio worked as Operations Director in small mechanical manufacture companies, before that, he joined Isolux Corsán to become Global Project Manager and Subcontractors Manager.He has also held Project Engineer positions at EDP and the TSK Group. Sergio holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad of Oviedo and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
